open solutions and interbank and check 21

Press release announcing the use of open solutions by interbank. The items availble by open solutions include many core banking functions - internet banking, check 21, etc.

I wonder which other banks use open solutions? Is there an open source bank product!
I doubt it.

I guess the bank has to put the personalization touches at the front end that the customer sees and interacts with.
